FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Once you've hit that glorious "Buy Now" button, we fire up the machines (not literally "fire up" - we're not that dramatic). Your order is printed just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then it ships out on a wild adventure straight to your door.

Q: Where is my order coming from?

A: Our gear is made-to-order and fulfilled at the nearest POD facility to you that has that product - whether it’s Melbourne, LA, or somewhere in Latvia (true story). That means shorter delivery times and fewer carbon tantrums from the planet.

Q: How long is the shipping time?

A: For standard shipping, most of the time, your sweet new tee will be shredding its way to you quicker than a downhill run on hero dirt - if you are in the USA, you're laughing, as it can be about 3-6 days.
If you are (like us) in Australia it can be usually 1 - 2.5 weeks, depending on what you order, similar for NZ & Canada. (See the estimates below).
BUT... every now and then, one of our colour options takes the scenic route. Maybe it's a rare shade of "Midnight Asphalt" or a particular accessory that has to hitch a ride from halfway across the planet.

In those rare cases (we're talking 2-3 weeks, not Jurassic periods), we ask for a little patience and a close eye on the tracking link. Rest assured, we're on it - and your gear will arrive, even if it had to cross deserts, oceans, and the occasional supply chain hiccup.

If you're ever feeling like it’s been too long, hit us up. We’ve got your back.

DestinationDelivery ETA*
Australia: 5–12 biz days (g'day mate!)
USA: 3–7 biz days (yee-haw)
Europe: (sorry not Eu shipping yet)
Canada: 6–12 biz days (eh?)
Rest of the World: 10–20 biz days (it’s coming!)

*Business days = weekdays, not weekend trail rides or public holidays.

Q: Why does Aust/NZ delivery take longer?

A: We’ve spent months testing products for colour, feel, fit, and print quality to make sure every design looks and feels spot on. The winning combo of comfort and premium print comes from select USA suppliers, we simply could not go past the quality, fit and awesome colour range of the Comfort Colors 1717, combine that with the amazing print results from Printful and well, it all means a little extra wait for our mates in Australia and New Zealand.

It’s a trade-off between speed and quality, and we’re choosing quality every time. We’re constantly looking for local options that meet our standards, but until then, your MTB-themed streetwear ships from the best source we’ve found – worth the wait for the perfect product.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Because each item is made just for you, we can’t do returns or swaps for things like "wrong size" or "I changed my mind after three beers."

BUT! If your item arrives with a printing issue or damage that wasn’t part of our rugged charm, send us a photo and we’ll sort it out quicker than a koala on Red Bull.

Q: I got the wrong item / It’s faulty. What do I do?

A: First, take a deep breath. Then email us with a photo and your order number. We’ll get it fixed up faster than you can say “send it.” Our POD supplier may require the item sent back, so don’t bin it or give it to your mate just yet.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Only if we’ve messed up. If your order’s faulty, damaged, or wildly different from what was promised (like, you ordered a t-shirt and got a mug), we’ll refund or replace it. Otherwise, your order is a one-way trip to awesome-town. No takebacks.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: There’s a size guide on every product page — check it like you check trail maps before a double-black descent. If you're between sizes, go up. No one ever regretted a little extra room for burritos.
To check the dimensions, just grab your favourite t-shirt (or whatever item you are ordering that is similar), lay it flat out on a table (like a lizard taking a drink) and measure the same dimension locations and compare it to our guide.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yeah, nah, maybe... if we haven’t started printing yet, maybe. But once it’s in production, the gears are in motion and we can’t stop the shred train. Email us fast if you need to change anything and we will see what we can do.
